Faculty and student autograph book, 1860-1862.

The autograph book contains the signature and place of origin of some of the students and faculty members of Haverford College. Along with the autographs are inscriptions. Some of the inscriptions are in Latin, French, and Greek. Some of the inscriptions indicate a pro-Union sentiment such as one from Charles M. Miller of Nashville, Tenn., who wrote "Union forever! Now and inseperable (sic)".
